“Running after 50 changed my life – It can change yours too.”
I started running after 50.
Now I run 7–10 miles a day, 6 days a week.
I have a goal —
to run a marathon at 90… and finish 2nd.
Why 2nd?
Because someone my age is still faster than me.
But that’s okay.
I’ll just keep running… longer.
Maybe at 100, I’ll finally take 1st place.
This blog is my journey —
running, staying healthy, and never quitting.
Because I believe we can keep running
at 90… maybe even 100.
“Consistency beats talent.”
